Rooted in Parisian cafe culture, the menu spans from breakfast through to dinner, combining French classics and international favourites, with a focus on provenance. Centre-stage is a wood-fired oven, used for signature plates including a 36-day dry-aged Ribeye to share between two, Steak Tartare prepared tableside, and a perfectly crisp Croque Monsieur. Handcrafted patisserie and viennoiserie are served from the signature trolley that winds its way to expectant tables, alongside specialty coffees and Parisian-style hot chocolate topped with Chantilly cream.
